How to Work with The Resourceful Lawyer
Our work together begins as soon as you book an introductory call.
- On the introductory call we will learn more about you and your firm and what you’re trying to achieve.
- If we both agree there’s a good fit, we’ll prepare a customized proposal for your firm.
- Once you sign the contract with us, we typically start with informational interviews to gather insights prior to the Accelerator’s leadership sessions.
- If you purchase the Accelerator, we will facilitate sessions to guide you through our framework for building a high-performance culture. At the end of the series, you will have everything you need to implement the solutions you designed. The Strategy Session is a stand-alone half-day session.
- Most packages include at least one follow-up call to see how implementation is going.
- We can end here, or you can choose ongoing support or additional sessions or both.

Do you offer firm retreat sessions?
Absolutely! In fact, we think a retreat is the perfect time for a Strategic Growth Intensive. All your law firm leaders are there, it’s a time for thinking “big picture,” and the less formal atmosphere encourages open communication and creativity. Just let us know when we should book our flights and we’ll show up with our sharpies, sticky notes, and voting dots!
