Who should participate in a Strategic Growth Intensive?

Strategic Growth Intensives are designed for executive committees and practice groups, and they can also work for other law firm teams. The ideal group size is 7 participants but anywhere from 5-12 works.  For larger groups, we recommend multiple workshops with everyone coming together at the end. The format is highly customizable and we will design a plan just for your firm.

Do you offer firm retreat sessions?

Absolutely! In fact, we think a retreat is the perfect time for a Strategic Growth Intensive. All your law firm leaders are there, it’s a time for thinking “big picture,” and the less formal atmosphere encourages open communication and creativity. Just let us know when we should book our flights and we’ll show up with our sharpies, sticky notes, and voting dots!
